Have you got what it takes to become one of the MASS team?

MASS provides a welcoming and supportive place to work. We provide people with a spectrum of opportunities, and we do what we can to help our employees develop their skills and make the most of their careers.

As a business with a trusted, 30-year heritage in delivering sophisticated technology to high-calibre customers in UK and abroad, our staff often have diverse development opportunities that would not be available to other employers in the industry.

By joining our 250-strong team, you could be working alongside specialist staff with industry-leading operational, technical and academic expertise. We encourage our people to break new technological ground and seek out innovation.

Our associates are independent consultants with recognised expertise or domain knowledge in specific areas. Associates can provide in-depth subject matter expertise, or skills that are complementary to those of our in-house team. This enables us to operate flexibly and to undertake a broader range of work than we otherwise could. We also make use of associates for writing and reviewing bid documentation. If you believe you could be of assistance to us in this way, we would be very pleased to hear from you.

When specific assignments are identified, we will contact you to discuss your interest, suitability and availability. We may also ask for further information at that time. We will not use your name or CV in any proposal without your prior consent.

You may be dealing directly with customers such as the Ministry of Defence, Saab, Thales, BAE Systems and Ofcom, developing cutting-edge cyber security software, delivering world-class training courses or designing self-sustaining ICT strategies for SMEs.

Everyone at MASS has national security clearance, and we are mainly based at sites near St Neots, Cambridgeshire and in Lincoln. Both locations are thriving hubs where world-class projects are developed for our customers.

As a people business, MASS is committed to providing an inclusive workplace. We support everyone in achieving a positive work-life balance, and have awards to recognise staff's contributions to the company.

To register your interest, please send an email to jobs@careers.mass.co.uk clearly stating how you would like to help us, together with your CV and contact details. We will let you know if we wish to register you as an Associate.

Alternatively, you can post the necessary information to:
