We are pleased to have presented the MASS Cyber Security Student of the year award to Eamon Burling at the Silverstone UTC awards ceremony recently. The award was presented as part of our partnership with the college following nearly a full academic year of cyber seminars.
This award recognises students who have excelled in their IT, Computer Science, and Cyber academics, and fittingly concludes the second year of the course which is ably delivered by our cyber security experts.
The award was presented by Matthew Boyle, a Cyber Security graduate in our cyber team. Matt shared his thoughts on the award and the course as a whole, saying,
“It’s fantastic to see students being rewarded for getting involved in the sessions and developing their vocational skills. While each student has excelled in their own way, the award not only recognises outstanding academic performance, but also those who naturally demonstrate the MASS values: Respect, Innovation, Collaboration, and Excellence.”
